Growing great coffee cherries is a crucial element in producing great coffee, but it is only the first step. Equally as important is how the cherries are processed after harvesting so that the maximum flavor and freshness in the beans are fully preserved until the beans are ready to be roasted.
Green Coffee
In NHCCL we have the raw materials to obtain a green grain type export. This product, in its dry cherry state, is covered by dry skin that is removed from the green grain during the hulling process in our very own certified coffee curing unit. By removing the dry skin and selecting the grains, you get excellent green coffee that meets the quality requirements to be exported.

Roasted Coffee
The coffee roasting is the process that most influence the final result of the cup of coffee that you drink. The roasted coffee that we offer can be: Light roast, it keeps well the coffee flavours it has in origin and that the toaster does not want to be lost. It is used to protect herbal and fruit nuances. Medium roast preserves the coffee's caffeine, provides greater sweetness, and as the sugars begin to caramelize nuances of nuts, caramel and chocolate are achieved. Dark roast dries the coffee much more and all its essential oils are extracted in a process known as dry distillation.
